COLLABme

You'll know where your students stand

COLLABme connects your cohort to the companies around you. Your students look for their internship there, your teachers keep control, and tracking the cohort lives in one place — no longer in a spreadsheet.

One cohort, one single place

You create the cohort for your section, your students join with an invitation link — no files to import. Each person creates their own COLLABme account and lands directly in the right cohort. You can see who has joined, and you can issue graduation certificates in batches.

  • 1 link

to invite the whole cohort, with no file import

  • 500

study certificates issued in a single batch

  • 3 languages

EN, FR and NL — the interface follows your students

PlacementThe placement dashboard is available for each cohort: a placement rate for internships and apprenticeships, with its written definition next to the figure (what it includes and over which period), internships found outside the platform that your students report and you validate, an overview of all your cohorts, and a CSV export for each.

In a classroom, a teacher reviews a list on their computer with two students.

What your institution gets

1

Class cohorts

One cohort per programme and per year, with its name, field and dates. Students join it themselves through an invitation link.

2

Verification by institutional email

A code sent to the school address. The teacher facet only exists once verified: nobody claims to teach at your school without going through your email domain.

3

A teacher → student register

Your teachers declare the students they supervise. Never one-sided: the link only exists once the student confirms it on their end.

4

Study credentials

Issued in batches of up to 500. The certificate verifies the student facet, and this badge is visible to companies.

5

Relaying openings to the cohort

An opportunity spotted by a teacher can be shared with students they mentor in a cohort with a single gesture, instead of circulating by email and getting lost.

How it gets set up

  1. 1

    You create your institution

From the professional space, with your teaching domains. Our team verifies the institution and registers its email domains: this allows your teachers to verify themselves later.

  2. 2

    You open a first cohort

One programme, one class. Not the whole school at once: that is how you see whether the tool saves you time.

  3. 3

    Your students join it

You pass on the invitation link. They create their profile and land straight in the right cohort.

  4. 4

    You track, and you certify

You can see cohort members and their placement, and issue their graduation certificates at the end of the cycle.

Talk to our team
In a school hallway, a work placement coordinator chats with a small group of students.

Start with one programme, not the whole school

One cohort, one internship coordinator, one term. That is the most honest way to find out whether it helps.
